Chesapeake Sunset

We blend blood orange vodka with Aperol, lemon juice, and vanilla for a cocktail with a gorgeous view. 

Gold Rush

Good for what ails you. Bourbon, honey, and lemon juice on ice.

The Maryland Sour

You’ll be sweet on this homegrown elixir of McClintock Distilling Company Maryland Heritage White Whiskey, a touch of lemon, and a cherry-based finish of Steeplechase wine from Linganore vineyards.

The Frederick Sidecar

Our nod to the classic cocktail includes Courvoisier, orange liqueur, and fresh fruit juices.  

 

The Francis Scotch Key

Start with a warm note from Dewar’s whiskey, add a splash of Angry Orchard apple cider, and a splish of Amaretto. 

The East Coast Bond

If James Bond visited Maryland, this is what he’d order. This martini is full of local love, starring Frederick-based McClintock Distilling Company’s Forager Gin and Epiphany Vodka. Finished off with Lillet and lemon, it will leave you shaken and stirred.  

French 75

First created in 1915, this elegant cocktail combines gin, Prosecco, fresh lime juice, and a lot of class. 

 
 
 

CLASSIC COCKTAILS


 
 

Cosmo

This sweet/tart pink drink was popular long before those four women in NYC claimed it. We pour ours with Smirnoff Citrus, cranberry, lime, and cane syrup. 

Dirty Martini

A Smirnoff vodka-based martini with extra olives and olive juice. Downright naughty.

Old Fashioned

Don’t let the name fool you. This blend of Jim Beam rye, cane syrup, and bitters is still going strong. 

Manhattan

Old school cool in a glass. We mix ours with Elijah Craig bourbon, sweet vermouth, and a touch of bitters. Finished with cherries.

Whiskey Smash

Darkly daring, this cocktail blends whiskey, lemon, and mint, with a hint of sweetness. 

Bourbon Apple Mule

Warm yourself with a spicy blend of Jim Beam bourbon, apple, lime, and ginger...and a dash of cinnamon. 

Moscow Morning

Our take on the Moscow Mule. Blood orange vodka, lime and orange juices, and ginger beer create the ideal companion for brunch. Or lunch. Or dinner. 

Cucumber Gimlet

This crisp and bright cocktail is a refreshing blend of Hendrick’s gin, St. Germain, lime juice, and soda. 

The Black Widow

Muddled blackberries and basil mix with El Jimador tequila and a splash of agave nectar to tantalize your taste-buds with a Mexican flair.

 

Strawberry Shortcake

Like the decadent dessert, but boozy! Smirnoff Strawberry and amaretto mixed with fresh strawberry puree, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup.

Grand Margarita

This is one high-falutin’ margarita. We mix El Jimador tequila with orange liqueur, lime juice, and a little bit of sour. 

Spicy Margarita

If you like playing with fire, try our spicy blend of silver tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, jalapeño, and agave. 

Strawberry Margarita

This fruit-forward take on the margarita combines El Jimador tequila with strawberry, lime, and orange. 

Mojito

This tropical drink will transport you to a sun-drenched island. Bacardi white rum, mint, lime, soda, and a touch of cane syrup.

Our classic mojito, with fresh blended strawberries. 

The Bellini Martini

It’s like Italy in a martini glass. Bubbly Prosecco meets Smirnoff strawberry vodka and fresh peach. 

Strawberry Sangria

The sweet of strawberries, the sour of lemons, the crispness of Pinot Grigio, and a little fizz. 

Distilled Sangria

Our house-made specialty sangria combines black cherry brandy, merlot, amaretto, and fruit for a sweetly decadent drink.

Drunken Mussels $12.99

Steamed mussels in a decadent broth of local beer, garlic, onion, olive oil, and butter. Served with garlic toast points. 

Fried Calamari $12.99

Tender squid marinated in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned batter, and flash fried. Topped with sliced jalapeños and Gochujang chili aioli. 

Chicken Nachos $12.99

Tortilla chips layered with queso, guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeños, sour cream, and chicken. 

Chicken Quesadilla $11.99

Tortilla shell stuffed with cheddar cheese, diced chicken, and pico de gallo. Served with guacamole and sour cream.

Ten wings, par-baked then fried. Served with your choice of buffalo, Szechwan, Old Bay, lemon pepper, BBQ, whiskey BBQ, or Honey Phoenix sauce.

Jumbo shrimp dredged in house-made beer batter, fried, and served with a Szechuan and Gochujang chili aioli.

Our sandwiches are served on a brioche bun with a side of rosemary fries. Substitute loaded fries ($1), rice ($1), broccoli ($2), roasted potatoes ($2), or a side house or caesar salad ($3.50). 

 
 
 

Ahi Tuna Sandwich $16.99

A gorgeous cut of ruby tuna, pan-seared to medium rare. Topped with lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli, and avocado. 

Beer-Battered Fried Chicken Sandwich $13.99

Tender chicken breast drenched in our house-made beer batter and fried. Served with cheddar cheese, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle. 

California Fried Chicken Sandwich $13.99

Fried chicken breast accompanied by ranch dressing, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese. 

Steak Sandwich $13.99

Thick sliced angus skirt steak marinated in a pineapple soy sauce. Topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and our house made spicy tomato relish.

This nod to our Philly friends features juicy sliced ribeye on a toasted torpedo roll. Layered with garlic aioli, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sautéed veggies.

Cajun Seafood $17.99
